Hey man, did yall forget about Heiskanen and Barkov? Barkov is the master x-factor and he's still stuck at 93 and Heiskanen is stuck at 91...

I’m sorry but I'm so happy I’m not the only one who realized who thought I was crazy enough to start believing Barkov was worth just that 93 OVR but really it should have the option to upgrade up until 97-99 OVR.
