I did set the 1080p video resolution setting for my X-Box X/S and my initial impression is that it may well have solved the crashing issue. Of course, I will continue to test this out and post herein if I encounter any further crash while playing the game.
What I have done to test this out is to stop doing an intensive hard power off restart as well as playing three games in a row (which is as many in a row as I would desire to play). I am also allowing most all of the post event video segments to play out to completion and allowing the post game video segments to play out to completion.
So far I have played about 25 straight games without a crash.
Perhaps even more critical, despite "downgrading" the video setting from 4K to 1080p, frankly I have not noticed any deterioration in video graphics quality. I guess that's due to the fact that the max resolution the game supports is 1080p and so the 4K setting, though compatible with the HDTV's capability, is unnecessary. I have also not seen any stuttering, which again would make sense if the game console is trying to overclock a video setting that isn't really needed.
