Are you kidding me w these servers?

I run a consistent 10 ping, have network set at 20, and I still get lag frozen 3 to 5 times a game.  Issue is clearly not on my end, and if you’re matching correctly it’s not the other player either.  Can you fix your trash servers?  I’m getting champs losses because your product and tech is trash, which is unfair and infuriating.  Oh and there are thousands of people playing these online modes… why does it take 5 minutes to find a match?
