I easily cleared 270 days logged in, played 500+ champs games, made ult every season except the last and have an insane amount of hours played. I completed every weekly objective until about August. Something has to be off. My hours played are in the thousands. Only received 14 tokens. Something is clearly wrong. If 1 person says it, maybe it's incorrect. If you have waves of people saying it, something clearly isn't working correctly.

its clearly about how much you spent, not how much you played. I got 10 tokens 3000+ hours. See attached photo.

Sure, except I’ve purchased and played religiously every year since NHL 12. And have preordered every year since nhl 15 when I stopped going to game stop
there are people who have never played NHL in their life besides the free trial of nhl 26 and got 14-20!!
Even though this system is stupid without any transparency, there are no mistakes, since it's not just NHL26 that counts.
It even says so on the screen/banner
"and your continued loyalty to the franchise."
It's working as intended... they already have your loyalty so you'll get some bread crumbs, between 8-10.
All of the people who didn't spend their entire life on the game the last 12 months get 20 so it will coerce them to stick around and do those loyalty sets all years so that they will also spend their entire lives on this game, which is EA's goal with the mode.
I’d be happy with 14. But 8? There’s people who logged on for ONLY the 10 hour trial last year and got 10
If you seen how much money I spent last year you would want the full 20 tokens lol. 1500 hours, 1500 games played , 300 WOC games played, finished every xp path and spent probably close to $3000 . Also grinded 5 99x players in July/august. I got 8 but it’s “working as intended”
my buddy quit in December before TOTY dropped and he got 20 🤣🤣
did you spend a lot or money in NHL 26? that's the only thing i can think of since i went on literally almost every day. even the last two weeks i still logged on to get the daily event pack and did over 2000 sets
Hundreds of people on Reddit complaining about it. But as far as EA is concerned “it’s working as intended
their most loyal customers are the ones preordering the game and getting shafted with zero accountability from the EA team
