Cup Chase unplayable

When will the "Failed to retrieve data" be fixed in Cup Chase? Broke on launch, not been playable since.

Restarted the Cup series a few times, and now it seems to be working.

What are we even doing here? How does your older title have better servers for the North East than NHL27? I’m getting 20 ping in NHL26 and 50 ping in NHL27?
