HUT Error code!

No matter what game mode in HUT I try to enter I get an error “failed to retrieve data, please try again later” I’ve tried to power cycle my console and cleared my cache and no luck… servers look online but very frustrating I have been playing NHL games since NHL 08 and ALWAYS played franchise and other offline modes i just recently got into playing HUT and of course this happens. Anybody have any tips or tricks to fix this?

    Hi there. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
