why did i only get 10 tokens? i literally went on every day to get daily packs. finished milestone objs and did all the moments
Loyalty Token rewards were determined using a range of factors based on each player’s overall NHL 26 activity. Multiple factors were considered in determining reward tiers, and the same criteria were applied consistently across eligible players. The program is operating as intended.

I did all the objectives in NHL 26 (This includes the 250 daily packs), hit ultimate multiple seasons and played more than 1200 hours. Yet, I only get 8 loyalty tokens ? Why is that ?
Yep same here. Yet my buddy gets 20 and quit in January. Yet I’m sitting here grinding objectives in August for 8 loyalty rewards 🤣
that's hella weak! that was the only game i played. did every weekly objectives. finished the ms quicker than content creators. i must not have spent enough money
Well, there is clearly a problem with that. Could you update us as to why we did not get the correct amount ?
Must be the case. If you saw how much I spent last year you’d be wanting the full 20 tokens too lol
