completed new wave celebrini event but never received the upgrade token can you look into this for me please

The token looks almost identical, like the New Wave Collectibles, check your collection
its not in my collection, I never received anything when I finished ..I've looked several times and its not there
who do I contact? can I open a case in ea help somehow?
