NHL 27 HUT Invisible Player Cards

After doing hut moments and opening my scrimmage packs, the cards in the packs randomly become invisible and any future packs i open before restarting are also invisible. The cards in my lineup also all become invisible aswell. Restarting seems to fix the issue for about 25 minutes then starts to happen again. Unsure if there is a fix or if anyone else gets a similar issue.

    Edit: This issue has now been resolved. There were complications with the presentation package. This was creating performance issues. This is currently just a temporary fix while we work to properly address this in a future update.

    Please let us know if you're still experiencing invisible items or any other issues.

    Same blank card issues with pack openings. "My Team" tab showed a blank lineup. AP edit screen showed a blank lineup. Closed the game, restarted the console, cleared PS cache...resulted in temporary fixes. This bug presented several times yesterday. These didn't occur before the latest patch.

    Crazy how it’s been the same game for a decade and they still have ridiculous bugs like this.. best is when they go invisible on a choice pack and you literally can’t tell what you’re choosing.

    Received items are shown as present in the inbox, indicated by number, but nothing is visible and the art is missing.

    Packs show up in unopened packs, but the cards are not visible as the packs are opened and you have to click R3 (RS) to even see who is in the pack and what card type they are. But the card art itself is not displayed even after clicking R3.

    Cards are not visible in the collection either. Collection shows the card count, but no cards are visible and you cannot see the card art at all.

    This has only been happening since the most recent patch.

    Hello, 2 days or maybe even more after few min cant see cards,  i saw many ppl have this problem, and its not normal to close game and waist time going in again. If we buy game its must work and if there is problem normaly getting some rewards not just post that we will fix.
