Not getting Prime Starter Pack

Hey, everyone. The issues with the Prime pack and Coach scrolling have been fixed.

And why don't we have that pack yet? By fixed, I mean something other than that

EA_Aljo​ Has anyone received their pack yet? Has anyone had their issue resolved? I still haven’t received mine. I’ve contacted support twice already. What’s so difficult about adding the pack to my account?

Compensation? Thats funny . I haven’t event gotten compensated for the 2 glitched ones I never got last year

Hopefully there will be compensation for everyone affected. I don't think this pack will be usable anymore next week or so
