Offensive Zone Line Change Bug

In HUT Ranked, it is an all too common, frustrating occurence where an entire line of forwards will rush back to the bench for line change in the middle of offensive zone play. This should never happen.
In the linked video, I go to take a slapshot with Makar & before the puck even leaves his stick, the full line of forwards start rushing back to the bench.
This completely eliminates the opportunity to score off a rebound, renders "Crash The Net" useless, & is extremely disruptive to offensive zone play. They should be covering down low.
I did not initiate the line change, so why is it happening in the first place?

I find it absurd that bugs like this continue after the line change bugs were supposedly fixed.
I also cannot believe this type of thing happens in RANKED play.
Competitve ranked HUT should be the most stable game mode, yet as the community has pointed out numerous times, the Ranked HUT game mode is riddled with issues.
