Where’d Freddie Go EA?

I purchased a Trent Frederic FH card from the AH earlier in the week, PRIOR to EA making the exchange set where you can trade in Frederic for Savoie.
Now before this set came out, it’s my understanding that anyone that had made a Savoie card, EA just changed them to Frederic without any options hence why there was the new set put in play so you had the “option” to make an exchange.
Well my TRADEABLE Frederic card that is at 81 OVR is gone from my collection and replaced by an 80 OVR Savoie card, still TRADEABLE.

The issue I have is my Frederic purchase was somewhat of an investment so if he managed to get off to a good start and pot a few more goals in the next few weeks I could then possibly flip him back in the AH for a decent profit.  Or maybe I just keep him since I’m an Oilers fan.
I can’t do this now because I’ve been given Savoie as a replacement who likely won’t be playing for a couple more months and by the time he’s back and potentially starts scoring and his OVR goes up, he’ll likely still be irrelevant and not very valuable either.
I think EA should give me back my tradeable Frederic card, no questions asked.  Maybe even throw in another UT FH Savoie for my troubles.
