Hey @z_phyr0,

Before any changes can be made to an EA Account, including unlinking Steam or any other connected accounts, we would need to verify the account ownership.

We're not able to discuss that type of sensitive account information via the forums, so you'll need to reach back out to an advisor to have this looked into further.  If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    @EA_Mako I too am having this same problem, I cant play Fallen Order, Battlefront 2, or Apex now. I get promoted to recover my password (which I've done 8 times now). Was wondering if there was any chance to re-establish a link to my steam account or just delete my EA account and start new since all my EA games are purchased through Steam.

    I cannot access my email address linked to my old EA account. I can't get into the game I spent money on because of the damn problem. You need to disconnect my Steam account from my old EA account. I can't solve this ridiculous problem as I can't access my account. I need urgent help..
