Re: Error message when opening Sims 4 - "We've noticed your computer is offline"

It won’t let me play my game. Says I’m offline and need to connect to internet to play. I am connected to the wifi. I checked and it isn’t on offline mode or anything like that. Help?

    Same, tried both with Origin and the new EA Beta. Neither will load my game.

  • I'm trying to open the sims 4, however a white box comes up with an error message stating that my computer is offline. Origin is online and my computer is contected to the internet. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both origin and The sims 4, still getting the same error message. I've also tried restarting my computer, and repairing the sims 4. I'm out of ideas. How do I fix this?

    I have played over 900 hours with no issues except for today.....I have had some issues with my Interior decorator not showing client likes/dislikes and causing me to fail the job. I followed directions from another forum and moved my mods over, repaired the game and moved it back....When I go to launch the game it is telling me I am not connected to the internet. I followed every step in the forums and still not having luck 

    I have turned off firewall and antivirus

    signing out of origin

    with no results. is there anything else I should do?

    I have been having this problem as well, tried restarting, reinstalling, and even moving the game, and trying an vpn. Still nothing. Any one else found a solution?

    I've had the same issue and tried clearing the game cache which also didn't work

    If you're still experiencing the issue, please see if the issue is still present after a reboot of Origin / EA Desktop or the PC. If this hasn't resolved everything, please let us know.
