Re: Geforce now Battlefield 1

Hey @waleskaTR,

Thanks for your visit to the English forums.

What unfortunate to hear that you're having issues with Battlefield 1 via GeForce Now.

Unfortunately, we officially do not support Nvidia GeForce Now as of yet. Therefore, it is indeed possible that Origin goes into a 'lock mode' that prevents you from playing games after a few sessions.
This is due to how GeForce Now works; you do not own the PC where you're playing the game on via GeForce Now, therefore every time you create a new session, it sets up a new virtual PC, which Origin detects as a completely new PC. Therefore, if Origin detects multiple different 'PC' logins within a certain period of time, it locks itself and your account to prevent it from potentially getting hurt.

The only way to get rid of this 'error message' (while it is actually working as intended), is to wait at least 24h and leave your EA account, any EA game and Origin alone and do not try to launch it again withing the 24h.

After the 24h, you should again be able to launch Origin and login/play your games as normal.
