@btyler59  Here is a solution given in the GOG forums:

To get the best out of your resolution, edit the game's DOSBox config file.
Open dosboxSC2000.conf in the game's folder with any text editor.

Set the following lines:

fullscreen=true

output=ddraw

fullresolution=1920 x 1080  

At the resolution entry, you can put whatever resolution you are using.

You can also set another scaler if you don't like the original edgy look by setting the scaler variable.
Default is:
scaler=normal2x
