Hey @gukyura for issues like that then I would suggest that you speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

@EA_DarkoOh for god sake, i spoke to hundred of advisors, they don't understand this, i was speaking with them 3 days and no one understands this glitch and also i can't move my PSN to another account, that don't have this glitch. I'm disappointed, very disappointed..

I'm having issues also. EA apparently holds your PSN hostage, which means I will no longer be purchasing EA games because I cant fully use them. They tried telling me to just make a new PSN account then and I told them to * off because they are the ONLY company to have this issue. I'm not making a new account just for their games when I've had this one since the launch of PS3 and and are paying for PS Plus and have a huge library of PS Plus games on my account

I own my PSN account so I shouldn't have to prove other information to you from 13 years ago to use MY PSN account that you are holding hostage.

Yep, I'm in the exact same boat. Create my EA account on launch of PS3 and no longer have access to that orignal email account so I can no longer recover my EA account and unlink that EA account from my PSN account. SURELY THERE IS A WAY GET RID OF EA FROM MY PSN ACCOUNT!!!

YES!!! If you're like me and created your account years ago and no longer have access to the old email you created the account with, you will be stuck with not being able to log into EA and therefore no longer being able to play any EA games on your PSN account.

Excatly my case, holding a psn account hostage should be illigal.... I wont create a new psn account just to play their crap games like FIFA... such stupid policies, how can someone still have any ideia of information on a email created in 2006?

I've had an ea account for over 10 * years and now what I cant play my games. Waste of * money, * every game EA has released. Pieces of *. 

I got the email changed and when I proved it to them, TOS still didn't even uplift the perma ban. What's the point of speaking to live chat, they don't * do anything.
