Hey @Xx_Mazza11_xX would you mind taking a moment to go through our Mac Connection Troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/mac/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-mac/

I know you have tried some of them before but please go through them all, itt shouldn't take you more than a couple of minutes and please let me know how you get on.

Hi Darko, I have tried these again and they still have not fixed my issue. origin will run on my other user profile on my Mac but not on my one with my saved sims games on it.
