    In that case @paciland, if you are being asked for the code then open your My Game Library and right-click on the game tile and from the options select properties and you will be able to copy your product code from here.

  • @EA_Darko Nope, The game is not in My game library. Was it there, it would mean I have added it by the code. There is no game title to click on...

    Hey @paciland if you are launching the game from Origin then it would need to be in your My Game Library, have you previously added it?

    Have you previously added it to your Origin library @paciland?

    If not and the code is not being accepted then you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to take a look and advise you if the code can be redeemed. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

    Hey @paciland have you previously redeemed the code to an Origin account or did you purchase the game from Origin?

    Did you purchase the game new or pre-owned @paciland?

    And when did you purchase it?

    There is nothing more that we can do on AHQ @paciland.

    If the code has previously been used then our live support will be able to assist with tracking it down and if the code pre-dates ORigin then they will be able to advise you further.
