Re: Unable to Play or Install FIFA 21

Hey @Beerschot23 can you check your task manager and ensure that FIFA 21 is not running in the background.

If not then can you go ahead and clear your Origin cache.

You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:

1. Completely log out and close down Origin
2. Hold down the Windows key and R
3. Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
4. Now open the Origin folder.
5. Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
6. Hold down the Windows key and R
7. Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
8. This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
9. Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
10. Open the Local folder here
11. Delete the Origin folder listed here
12. Restart your PC and log back into Origin

Hi Darko, i allready tried this before but it didnt work.

Its weird because i deleted everything of origin on my pc and downloaded the app again.

there is no download available,only details.

Other games on my library dont have this problem.

Hey @Beerschot23 can you take a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

• Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
• Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
• Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Untick the options in LAN Settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
• Clear Origin Cache Data
• Reset the Windows Host File
• Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
• If still unresolved, please do a clean boot

hmm nothing worked,the only thing i did not try is the clean boot.

Ive once tried it  and it messed up my internet and drivers and ended up with resetting windows.

I logged in at my friends pc with my account and its the same as on my pc.

i cant download fifa 21,every other game workes.

It has worked before i played 9 hours.

so this its clearly a origin problem.

Just try with my log in and see for yourself

How are we gonna fix this?

I cant play this game in almost a week.Thats unacceptable and there's going to be a compensation for it .
