To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

    Thanks for try to find a sollution Darko.

    but i think it's a windows "related" problem i already installed Origins and my games works fine now.

    just wanna play DA inquisition without the blah blah

    If working through Origin @abisha then I'd recommend playing the game there.

  • I contacted the online live chat support as you suggested for a similar issue with the EA game launcher, and they told me to come post on the forum! LOL!!

    Crazy a bug has been going on since October and NO resolution, or any communication from EA about it. Sad state of Affairs of the organization.
