Only Trial version of Titalfall 2 on Game Pass Ultimate

hello to all,

i bought the game pass ultimate and therefore also ea play. now i have downloaded titalfall 2. But when i start the game, i can only select the trial.(it also shows me the option to purchase the game) i have already logged out everywhere once and uninstalled ea play. I haven't uninstalled the game yet, because that would be the last step for me. Is this problem known and is there a solution?

I don't know if this is important, but I installed the game via the ea beta client and not via game pass client.

    Hallo @uhu5pecht,

    wir sind hierbei auch im deutschen Forum also würde ich dich bitten in Deutsch zu schreiben, oder falls dir das lieber ist den englischen Bereich zu benutzen.

    Bezüglich deines Problems, hast du wahrscheinlich 2 verschiedene Versionen, einmal die Trial und dann nochmal die Vollversion durch EA Play. Könntest du also bitte mal in EA Desktop unter deiner Spielesammlung nachschauen, ob du eine weitere Titanfall 2 Kachel hast und das Spiel darüber starten kannst?

    @EA_Vendcera auch nach spielen der Trial, wird mir nur der Kauf angeboten. Dass ich bei EA-Play Mitglied bin, wird dort nicht anerkannt. Ich kann es nur dazu buchen.
