problemas inicializando el audio

Hola, cuando intento abrir titanfall 2, me aparece un aviso

"couldn't initialize sound.

Please make sure you have a sound playback device that is enabled and properly configurated.

Busqué ayuda pero todas las soluciones son de hace 8 años y no me funcionan.
