Simcity BuildIt Bug/Error - Sewage

Today I was playing Simcity BuildIt on my Android phone when came across this very frustrating issue. So I noticed that some of the new houses I had built were being abandoned or were complaining due to a lack of sewage. However, as you can see in the screenshot, I have enough supply for all the demand and all the sewage outflow pipes are connected to roads so they should be able to reach all of the buildings. I've tried changing the location of these installations as well as the orientation of the residential buildings. However, there is no apparent solution to this bug. Does anybody have an idea how to solve it? I wonder if it has to do with the last feature that was added into the game which shows a report of the difference metrics of the city. My ID is 2794301713.
