game on EA apps Broken

I just got Windows 11 and one of my games (Alice Madness Returns) is no longer working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, but it refuses to open, displaying "Error: Your game configuration encountered a problem. Please reset." Can you help me, please?
