Unravel two trophy problem

The trophy for completing 20 bonus levels within 45 minutes didn’t unlock. I’m 100% sure we completed them within the time limit. My brother and I played together on PS5 and completed all 20 levels, but the trophy didn’t pop.

Is there any way to check on a technical/programming level why the trophy didn’t trigger?
