Hace una semana y más me encontré con la alteración de Gemas Negativas a mi cuenta, realmente no tuve varias : 100 por ahí.
Para una mejor solución pido que vuelvan a 0, me es sencillo conseguirlos:

I am writing because my account suffered a severe cloud synchronization conflict today.
My diamonds/gems are completely glitched and showing a huge negative number. Before this error happened, I had exactly 300,029 gems.
I lost a massive amount of game progress. I was on Modern Day - Level 14, and after the sync error, the game reset me all the way back to Dark Ages - Level 3.

Could you please check my server history and help me restore my account to Modern Day - Level 14 and put my 300,029 gems back? Thank you very much for your help.
