Perdi o progresso da conta

Boa noite, desculpa o encômodo. Mas quando estava realizando alteração no meu gerenciador de arquivos, consequentemente alterei as informações do jogo Plantas vs Zombie 2. E perdi o progresso da minha conta, que estava com aventura completa e tentando completar a coleção de plantas. Tentei recuperar pelo e-mail, mas não obtive sucesso, peço ajuda do suporte técnico para me ajudar a recuperar minha conta. Desde já agradeço a toda ajuda que possa ser realizada.
