I got the game yesterday and have been getting this error everytime i try to play, its not my wifi bc i can play other games perfectly fine and not an ea account problem either bc ive tried using my brothers account and making a new one. it just goes from configuring to the error straight but for a while it did allow me to get to the queue but then after itd give me the same error again. Im on a PlayStation 5 and using ethernet too. Can anyone help me?
its your wifi nat type issue, you have to change it ask chat gpt for help! nobody would jelp me and i asked chat GPT and it solved the issue for me!!

I am still expericing this issue on xbox series x, for me it helps when I delete saved game data. I dont have issues with my network or EA account connectivity, it’s quite confusing while the error refers to these type of issues. Go to your game library, press share button on the controller on skate game to open more details of the install / control the install. You should see saved game data rightside on the screen and you can delete them. After deleting them start the game again and issue should be gone. I have to do this now and then..
