I can’t progress

My game won’t let me progress. I’ve already beat the challenges and it won’t let me go onto the next challenge. It keeps the mission marker at the same challenge as if I didn’t beat it. I’ve spent money on the founders pack and this is how dirty this game is doing me! I’ve been a loyal player since 2007, this is beyond disappointing. I try looking past the server maintenance and the long cues, but this is just ridiculous. Been waiting 15 years for this and can’t even enjoy it. Can someone at EA please help us with this mess!
