Is anyone else experiencing this? I created a character with a light skin tone, but now the game is showing them with a darker skin tone, even though I selected the light skin option. I already tried changing the graphics settings and updating the drivers, but it hasn't solved the problem.
(I already posted this on the forums but just commenting this so they see engagement xd) - In my case it doesn't look bad at all in terms of face shapes, but the skin is a tiny gripe that I'm unsure if I even think it's worth fixing - but SKIN COMPLEXION and opacity options for it would probably be nice so fixing it would be done by the player -- I would turn the dark circles and cheek shadow down by like 20% If I were able to -- Im actually a fan of the general color desaturation but goddamn some people's skin got absolutely obliterated - it seems like a glitch
Sadly, it's part of the new visual update for Season 2. The best we can do either tweak it as close to the old style or get used to the new character visuals. :/
Yeah I found that as a fix (for the skin tone) but is still a darker tone compared to before and shouldn't have to do that every time I log in tho, super annoying. And the skin color isn't the worst part, the worst part is what they did to the all of the facial features, EA fix this.
If youre on PC, just toggle through the graphic settings. It will fix the skin tone issue however, you need to do it everytime you have to log in.
Same here, characters look nothing like before. To the point that I don't even want to play the game of how bad it is. Skin tone super dark for some reason even at the lightest tone. I hope they revert the changes because instead of realism
is just depressing. One of the reasons I loved the game is becaue of how I customized my character, now it looks completely different and the worst part is that I can't even fix it. Disappointing.

I am having this same issue too I play on pc. Hate the skin changes they have made to my character. I have tan skin myself, but even when setting it to the lightest option, it is still way too dark to represent my actual skin so kinda sucks in a game where we want to express and represent ourselves.
I had the same issue, it’s the same issue when the roads went black, all you need to do it adjust your graphics settings to anything and switch it back to custom or what you had before and it’ll reset your textures.

Just looking at it kills a complete downgrade.
I feel a complete downgrade.
The face in particular now has excessively dark shading applied across the entire area.
Each facial feature was also altered into an unattractive shape.
I cannot understand any of these changes.
I want to tell them to revert it back.
