Missing 7-Ply Harvest Bundle

Hey theusmelivre​, I've moved your post here as it is slightly different from the issue in the thread where you had originally posted. 

So you purchased the 7-Ply Harvest bundle, were able to use it for a while, and then it went missing, right? When did that happen? Was it after a specific update? 

EA_cuervo​, I'm not sure about the specific date, since I didn't noticed it immediately, but it was at some point after the Season 2 launch. It's sad because it was a limited time bundle and cost me like 900 SVB or some, and I like collecting those things...

So far I've bought Founder's Pack Deluxe, Starter Pack, supported Make Life Skate Life, Skate Like a Girl and SOA Paris... But I see no point in continue spending real money in the game if i can't at least keep the things I buy.

Could you please confirm the platform on which you purchased these items and the persona name you use on that platform?
