No Missions Showing, Missions blocked out in Hub

After doing the tutorial stuff, I was at the skate shop viewing it. I saw the founder editions, bought one, it said there was an error and need to rejoin and I backed out of the shop. It then wanted me to view missions and select one, I wasn't able to, so I backed out. Then I rejoined the game completely and nothing shows up on my screen nor the map. I got my DLC stuff, but no missions or challenges show. Whenever players host skate jams, I'm able to join. 

My friend also plays the game and invited me, did 2 missions where I did get XP or whatever, but I can't level up past 1. I can't even press the button to go to the skate shop, can't fast travel. I'm only able to see the icon for the community park. I can't go to the skate shop and access anything. I have to go to the map and go to hub in order to. 

I've tried rejoining the game, reinstalling it, restarting my PC. Nothing works.

Anyone else have this issue or close to it, specifically not being able to level up and no missions/icons showing? Or at least have a fix they found?
