Pad Hopper, more like bad flopper, amiright?

I thought I was going crazy, but turns out I am being gaslit. I've had my progress to 2/3rds of the challenges I've completed just deleted as if I've never attempted them. At first I thought it was triggered by me quitting the game and then re-opening.

But now there is a specific challenge called "Pad Hopper" that I have struggled to achieve 3 times now, and each time immediately after completing it with all 5 stars, my progress is instantly vanished. I thought if I just re-do it, it'll fix itself, and maybe it was just a one-time fluke, but no, 3 times! This challenge is not easy either. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT, c'mon EA, lock in please
