Skate pass progress not tracking

I have purchased the premium pass on Skate. and I am not having my progress on the challenges tracked at all. Its not even that it is tracking poorly, its not tracking anything. 

I am brand new to playing any of the Skate games and I was actually enjoying this quite a bit so I thought why not get the pass, but it is really frustrating that I have put in 10 to get 0 progress. I really want some of the stuff later in the pass pages.

I have attached a screenshot of there being no progress and a screenshot of where I have completed almost all of the challenges in Hedgemont.

Please fix, and gib me some points on top, thank you.
