Skate Xbox error 3463510556 when connecting online

Hi, I’m playing Skate on Xbox and keep getting error code 3463510556.

The game launches normally and I can get to the title screen, but when I press Start and it tries to connect online, it loads for a bit and then gives me the error.

I’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website, along with Xbox/network troubleshooting.
