Still missing the founder deluxe pack item and bucks

I purchased the deluxe founder pack on ps5

it have been 2 weeks already

i still missing the 5900 bucks and all the items (only get the meatman item)

I know that we are the small amount of player who didn’t receive all the bucks and item in game, but hey? Half months passed, no follow up action? Unbelievable, I never play a game experience like this, so awful 

if you cannt solve this problem, at least provide a refund solution to those player, treating us like this is very disrespectful , very disappointing.
