Stuck, dont have the "The next level" mission

My current mission tells me to complete "The next level" mission but i dont have it, i did all challenges, waited for reset, did them all again, been spamming challenges cause some people think thats what i had to do but nothing, nothing at all i'm just stuck. Huge roadblock and cant progress at all.
