Tutorial Bug

In the tutorial of Skate. when i open the map, the tutorial keeps playing over and over and i cant do nothing about it, i tried many things but still cant do anything, i cant move because the open map thing is part of the tutorial itself and i cant open options, can somebody reset my skate account or anything that helps? thanks
