Tutorial glitch

I absolutely love the skate game. I have over 6 hours in it, but I can't finish the tutorial cuz. It's not recognizing the fact that I'm doing it. I've downloaded and re-download restarted the game iv done everything anybody says to do and it still wont-work. Can you help?
