Unable to complete mission

I have come accross a bug where I am unable to complete the mission (Tour 3: Express yourself) be fore I aquired the mission I completed all the challenges in market mile. So once I received this quest I am unable to complete any more of the challenges, making me unable to continue with the tour mission story line
