Annoying bug

My server is a Brazilian one, cuz I’m Brazilian 
the mission is: tour3: express yourself, step 7 complete all goals in the crown own the spot challenge. And the step is all the above in one sequence.

I did it all and I it was correct, but I never get the “check” on the hexagon and I’m stuck here in this mission
