[Bug] FPS locks to 17 every time game connects to the server

Every time the game connects to the server (from main menu, then connects to the servers), it starts with FPS locked to 17. To fix it, I need to switch between Full screen and Windowed (or Alt+Enter) to fix it while running the game.

Examples:
- If I close the game then relaunch it -> 17 fps lock
- If I stay AFK and get disconnected from the servers, when I back and connect again -> 17 fps lock
