Tenho uma conta Microsoft antiga ligada a uma xbox que perdi, agora comprei uma xbox nova e criei uma conta do início Microsoft na xbox, o email que uso está vinculado na conta antiga, e não consigo vincular nesta conta nova... E já não tenho acesso à conta antiga... 

 

I have an old Microsoft account connected to an xbox that I lost, now I bought a new one and created a new Microsoft account in xbox, the email I use is linked to the old account, and I can't link to this new account... I no longer have access to my old account...

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your old EA account and want to update that to reflect your new email and device, you'll want to reach out to our support team. They can work with you to help update those account details after verifying your identity. Usually, the steps this page would help you update that information, but since you cannot access your previous Microsoft account, it'd be best to go for the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page.
