RA Program Mission Bug at Bonski

When starting the RA Program mission at Bonski, where the tutorial asks to “Hold L2 to grab with your left hand,” my skater becomes stuck. I cannot move, jump, or perform the grab. Holding L2 only triggers a stealth-like stance, and no input makes the grab work. The mission does not progress.

I am sure this is not a controller issue.
