Bug with Cut scene - not possible to play

When playing the very first mission, the cutscene fails to play. It doesn't start up after being triggered at the holotable. You can skip ahead to a point where the audio suddenly kicks in, but there is no video—just a still image. After that, it remains stuck on the still Image

I am playing the disc version on PlayStation 5. I have reloaded and restarted the game, but that didn't help. The new Update is also installed.
