battlefront2 freezes randomly

i know i already submitted this problem but in spanish, and hear me, the problem its soooooooo annoying that i just want to repair it quickly, so please dont cry bcs of me "spamming" and help me

it cant be a performance issue because the game doesnt stops in a specific frame and my pc runs the game smoothly, it simply stops getting inputs from the mouse/keyboard, also, it cant be a 2nd monitor problem bcs even when i have it disabled it stills getting freezed same with the ea overlay, been trying with disabling and enabling that option and it stills getting freezed.

problem description: the problem is that randomly the game(character) freezes for a short period of time and with no reason at all, doesnt receibe any input from the keyboard or mouse, the problem is persistent and for a reason(wich i dont know) it just happens to me when i play with a character (heroes or villains) i find outrageous that i have to disable the overlay and my second monitor to get te game to work AND THE GAME DOESNT WORKS, i feel like im a beta tester or a bug finder. fix your game
