problemas con el zoom

yo tengo un problema al hacer zoom con Phasma, Finn, y con la habilidad de francotirador de Iden Versio y con Bosst, lo que ocurre es que al hacer zoom osea poner la mira, las texturas del personaje y la mira interactúan mal, en el caso de Finn en vez de mirar lo que tengo al frente miró el cuello de Finn desde adentro de sus cuerpo hasta puedo mirar la parte de adentro de sus ojos, en el caso de Phasma veo su capa interponiéndose entre la mira y mi objetivo y en el de Iden Versio pasa algo similar a lo de Finn y es que parece que la mira se posiciona dentro de Iden Versio . Ya probe reparar el juego desde origins y restablecer la configuraciones, e incluso desinstalar y reinstalar el juego, pero nada.

Mi tarjeta gráfica está integrada, pero me permite tener el juego en ultra sin problemas, (también reseteie las configuración de gráficos pero tampoco funciona) y el procesador es un AMD Ryzen 5 34000g Radeon vega graphics 3.70 Ghz. tengo un terabyte de espacio y 14 gb de ram, mi sistema operativo es de 64 bits
