Steam subscription not working

hola compre una subscripcion a swtor por steam y me dijeron que tenia un problema en mi cuenta swtor estaba unida a una cuenta hotmail que perdi en el 2014 ya me dijeron cual era el problema y me contestaron esto

to update the email used on that ea account you are best to call swtor support on monday when the lines are open, they can help update the email used on that account

swtor support are unable to add any gametime to that swtor account until this is sorted "
