Camera/Sensitivity Issue

All of a sudden I got a huge camera issue that made my game completely unplayable. My camera just won't move smoothly. It keeps getting stuck, then it moves normally for a small bit and then it moves much slower. Sometimes I can barely turn around. I tried recording it, but any apps in the background seem to not work properly when Battlefront 2 is on the foreground. This includes Discord for example. When someone is talking, I keep losing them for a few seconds, and when I ALT+TAB out of the game, it goes back to normal.

I never had this issue on Battlefront or any other game before and I can't recall doing anything that could cause this.

What I've tried:

- Close all other applications.

- Disable all In-game overlays.

- Use other mouses.

- Repair AND fully re-install the game.

- Put all settings on the lowest.
